Summary of Job responsibilities:

As Business Development Executive your primary responsibilitiy will be of driving new sales and revenue from prospective clients within the artworld.

Selling solutions of fine art logistics and fine art storage through prospecting, networking and executing marketing initiatives to increase Croziers footprint.

The role requires an individual with strong existing relationships in the artworld as well as an individual who excels at forstering external relationships within the arts community. You must be self motivated with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility and creativity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new clients and introducing new clients to Crozier Fine Arts
  • Geographical focus: primarily focus of Switzerland as well as international clients within Switzerland as well as international clients around the world with a need of fine art storage or shipping solution in Switzerland
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of clients business trends, current macro and micro economic climate and potential new business opportunities
  • Identification of customer unique needs and priorities
  • Close collaboration with Crozier team members for executing client needs  

Skill Set and Competencies:

  • English (Must have ), German and French (Desirable); Other languages (additional asset)
  • Excellent relational skills
  • Passion about people
  • Strong background and knowledge of strategic sales process and solution selling
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills
  • Have the ability to listen , influence and negotiate through proven sales skills
  • Problem Solving skills: ability to understand specific market business challenges and can appropriately deliver value propositions that tie to clients needs
  • Strong interpersonal and business acumen for effective decision making
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate at all levels of Crozier

Ideal Background:

  • Experience in Gallery, Auctionhouse, Art Insurance , Fine Art Banking or Fine Art Advisory and or fine art shipping
